NON-DRIVER JOBS

We are seeking a full-time experienced Dispatcher to become a key player within our organization.  Requires experience with Reefer and Dry Van Freight.  We currently service both Canada and the US.  Main duties of this position will include answering phone calls, dealing with customers & truck drivers regarding dispatch, booking appointments and customs clearance, data entry, booking available loads, using Load Link software, dispatching drivers, and updating customers regarding their shipments.

You offer:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

1+ years experience in transportation long haul dispatch.

Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.

Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel.

Punjabi, Hindi and English language skills an asset.

Detail oriented and able to accomplish many tasks in short time frames.

Geographical knowledge of Western Canada and the U.S.A.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
